The Warranty Period For Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Contract And For Materials Delivered And Built -In, The Contractor Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of The Final Receipt Of The Non -Abusing Or Date Of Defects/Defects Found During Reception. 7. The Proposition In The Offer To Grant A Warranty For Construction Works Longer Than 36 Months Will Be Additional Indicated In Accordance With The Registration Of Chapter Xxiv. Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, As The Scale Of These Criteria And The Method Of Offers Of Offers. Proposing A Guarantee Of Less Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be The Basis For Rejecting The Offer. 8.
