1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Pn Task Expansion, Reconstruction And Partial Change In The Use Of The Building Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Siemiatycze To Improve The Quality And Availability Of Healthcare Services In The Field Of Long -Term Care. 2. The Contractor Will Expand And Rebuild The Buildings Of The Independent Public Health Care Institution In Siemiatycze By Building A Pavilion Functionally Related To The Main Building Of The Hospital, Reconstruction And Change In The Use Of A Part Of The Main Building Of The Hospital (Existing) And Reconstruction Of External Installations And Contradictions With Expansion - All As Accepted By The Ordering Documentation, Together With The Design Contractor Of All Other Obligations Assigned To The Contractor In Swz, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Contract (Annex 3 To Swz). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In A Turnkey System With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Contracting Authority Notifies That He Has Submitted Documents To Obtain A Building Permit For This Investment. 4. The Compensation For Detail And Equipment Mentioned In Multi -Branch Design Documentation, The Purchase Of Which, The Purchase, Installation And Launch Is On The Contractors Side. 5. The Contractor Will Carry Out Work On A Facility Functionally Related To A Newly Built Wing. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Take All Actions So That The Work Carried Out Does Not Interfere With The Significant Work Of Branches And Facility. The Contractor Will Make All Attempts To Solve Functional Collisions, Informing The Contract Engineer And Obtaining His Consent And Acceptance Of The Managing. 6. A Detailed/Full Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described On The Basis Of Art. 103 Para. 1 Pzp As Multi -Branch Design Documentation For Construction Works, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, Including A Multi -Branch Construction Project And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And As Annex 2A (Non -Medical Equipment) And 2B (Medical Equipment) To Swz - Detailed Combinations Of Technical Parameters Of Medical Equipment And Equipment.
