In The Event That The Employer In The Technical Description Indicates The Permissible Scope Of Tolerance Or The Range Of Required Parameters - They Should Be Within The Ranges Indicated By The Employer. Any Possible Tolerances Permissible By The Employer Were Specified In Point 4.2. Swz.4. The Offer Must Be Placed On The Full Scope Of The Order, Described In This Swz. The Deadline For The Implementation Is One Of The Criteria For Assessing The Offer, On The Principles Described In Point 21. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date For A Minimum Of 2 Calendar Days Before The Planned Delivery Date.
