1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Real Estate Administration Service On The Board Of The Municipal Society Of Social Building Sp. Z O.O., Located In Leszno At: Jana Długosza 3-13, Jan Długosza 2-10, Marciniaka 1-10, Rejtana 117-121, In Accordance With The Scope And Entries Resulting From Swz Together With Attachments To It. The Real Estate Management Service, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract, Is A Comprehensive Service Consisting Of Individual Auxiliary Benefits That Are Closely Related And Constitute An Economic Whole. The Scope Of Real Estate Management Service Is Set Out In The Draft Contract (Annex 7 To Swz) And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 1A To Swz). 2. The Administrators Duties Include Tasks Related To Property Management, The Purpose Of Which Is To Ensure The Proper Economic And Financial Economy Of The Property, Ensure The Safety Of Use And Proper Operation Of The Property, Ensuring The Proper Energy Consolidation And Maintaining The Property In A State Not Condemned For Its Intended Purpose. 3. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Sign A Contract Of Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data On The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 7A To Swz, Respectively.
