There Is Already A Two -Storey Educational Building On The Plot. The New Building Should Have, Among Others, :::) 8 Educational Rooms Min. 25 M², 2) Conference Room Min. 100 M², 3) 2 Toilets Adapted For Disabled People, 4) Toilet For Teachers, 5) Utility Room, 6) Teaching Room, 7) Student Cloakroom, 8) Waiting Room. The Building Should Be Connected By A Connector With The Building At Ul. Mościckiego 3 (Location Of The Connector, After Agreeing With The User). In The Scope Of The Contract, The Contractors Duties Include:  Development Of Construction And Executive Projects Separately For Each Industry, Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates As Well As The Specifications And Receipt Of Construction Works;  Obtaining On Their Own And At Their Own Expense (If They Are Required On The Basis Of Special Provisions Subject Of The Order) Output Data Studies Such As: Maps For Design Purposes, Environmental Protection Reports, Environmental Decisions, Excerpts From The Land Register, Land Record Maps, Media Connection Conditions, Network Gestors Promise And Other Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract;  Obtaining Arrangements, Materials, Decisions, And Other Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Their Own Scope And On Their Own Cost;  Building Inventory;  Exercising Authors Supervision;  Submitting To The Competent Architectural And Construction Authority An Application For A Building Permit, Notification Of Construction Or Performing Other Construction Works, To Which This Authority Within A Statutory Period Does Not Bring An Objection By Way Of A Decision.
