Part I - In The Scope Of The Diplomatic Protocol1) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Select The Contractors Of Training Services Consisting In Conducting Trainings/Workshops/Courses Addressed To Pupils/Students And Teachers/Teachers/Technical Secondary School Teachers No. 3 At The Economic School Complex Janusz Korczak In Dębica, As Part Of A Project Financed From Eu Funds Under The European Social Fund Plus From The European Funds Program For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Called Modern Professional-As A Chance For The Future No. Fepk.07.13-Ip.01-0016/23.2) The Scope Of The Order Under Individual Parts Was Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz Abbreviated), Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. Each Part Indicates The Name Of The Training/Course/Workshop And Detailed Requirements. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation And Conduct Of Training/Workshops/Courses - In Accordance With Opz, Including In Particular: A) Providing Qualified Trainers, B) Providing Equipment And Equipment Necessary To Conduct Theoretical And Practical Training, C) Providing Products Of Useful Materials, E.G. Food, Office And Other Glazing/Course/Workshopud) Providing Preparation For Work And Study Made Available By The School Training Place, I.E. Preparing The Available Classroom With The Appropriate Equipment Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Training/Workshops/Courses In The Theoretical And Practical Part (Training Room Made Available At School Provides Mines Benches And Chairs For Training Participants, Access To Electricity, Laptop Access, Laptop, Laptop Full -Time), The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Remaining Training Equipment, E) Providing Medical Examinations, If Required For Training, F) Conducting Internal And State Examinations, If Required For Formal Completion Of Training/Course, G) Insurance Of Course Participants/Training, If Required For Training/Workshops/Courses, H) Developing And Providing Didactic Materials, E.G. Exercises, E.G. Exercise, Scripts, Presentation And Transfer Of Them To The Ordering Party In Electronic And/Or Paper Form As Well As Participants In Printed And/Or Electronic Training. I) Preparation And Conduct Of Pre And Post Of Tests On The Basis Of Which The Increase In Knowledge Will Be Examined (Verification Of Learning Outcomes Specified In The Table Above).
