For The Measure Of Target Accommodation Baainbw In The Bundeswehr Property Gneisenau Barracks Koblenz, 1. Ba, The Planning And Execution Of The Performance Components Free Facilities, Traffic Facilities, Engineering Buildings Is Necessary To Cover The Necessary Infrastructure And Redesign Of The Outdoor Facilities. The Existing Outdoor Facilities And Infrastructures Are To Be Recovered Gradually In The Course Of The New Building, So That Permanent Construction Site Dealings Are Guaranteed Via Fortified Paths And Places. The Planned Redesign Of The Property Is Carried Out In 4 Construction Phases, One After The Other, Whereby The Respective Non -Affected Construction Phases Must Remain In Operation. For This Purpose, The Inventory Infrastructure Is Dismantled In Stages Of The Construction Phases And Replaced By A New, Needs -Based Infrastructure. A Total Of 4 Construction Phases Are Planned: Approx. 3,350 Workplaces Rd. 45,000 M2 Usable Space 26 Office Buildings (3 Or 4-Storey) 1 Canteen And Conference Building 1 Waking Building 1 Zva Building (Technical Building) 1 Sports Facility With Gymnasium 3 Parkhaus Size: 22.7 Hectares Of Construction The First Construction Phase Is In The Western Property, Has A Construction Size Of 8 Ha. Cover The Infrastructure Requirement Of Department I Of The Baainbw. This Construction Phase Is Separated Into Two Sub -Areas. Part A Takes Into Account The Building Clearance / Dismantling Of The Inventory Development. Part B Includes The Dismantling Of The Infrastructure And The Reorganization Of Office Buildings, The Canteen And Conference Building And The Zva (Central Supply Building), As Well As The Outdoor Areas And The Need For Reorganization Of The Supply And Disposal In The Property. Part A: Pollutant Dismantling, Demolition Of 15 Buildings Part B: Dismantling And New Construction Of The Infrastructure New Construction Of 9 Office Buildings (3 Or 4 Storey), 1 Canteen And Conference Building, 1 Zva Building (Technical Building) 1 Parking Garage For Around 350 Parking Boards Rd. 1,000 Jobs 17,000 M2 Usable Space
