Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of Existing Refresh Room, Colombo International Airport, Rathmalana. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security (on demand bid bond) in the amount of Rupees Fifty-Four Thousand (Rs. 54,000.00) issued by Institutions listed in the Bidding Document or a Receipt of the Cash Deposit should be submitted with the Bids. All Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend the pre bid meeting, on 20.06.2025 at 10.00 hrs at the Conference Room of the Administration Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Colombo International Airport, Rathmalana. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee No. 03, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake from 09.06.2025 until 02.07.2025 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 1,500/=.
