Recruitment Is A Critical Component Of Maintaining The Operational Effectiveness And Readiness Of The Defence Forces, And Therefore, A Steady Influx Of Talented Individuals Is Required To Join Its Ranks And Fulfil Roles Across A Range Of Appointments. The Objective Is To Enhance The Visibility Of Recruitment Opportunities And Increase The Application Pool For These Categories, While Ensuring The Advertisement Campaigns Align With Defence Forces’ Recruitment Objectives, Branding Guidelines, And Diversity Strategies.
