Request For Quotationsscope Of Workthe Work Covered Under This Project Consists Of The Furnishing Of All Superintendence, Overhead, Labour, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Insurance, Fuel, Transportation And All Things Necessary For And Incidental To The Satisfactory Performance And Completion Of Construction And Renovation Of Fleetwood Rec Center & Library Glazing Replacement, Located At 15996 84 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia (The “Place Of Work”) In Strict Accordance With The Specifications And Accompanying Drawings And Subject To All Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.The General Components Of The Work Include:• Removal And Disposal Of Existing Curtain Wall Glazing, Gaskets, And Beauty Caps.• Maintain The Existing Curtain Wall Mullions.• Supply And Install Of New Curtain Wall Dry Gaskets, Insulating Glazing Units, Fibreglass Pressure Plates And Beauty Caps.• Removal And Re-Install Of The Existing Cladding Panels As Required To Complete A New Ab/Mb/Vb Tie In From The Curtain Wall.• Completing New Sealant Installation As Required.• New Metal Flashing As Required To Required To Facilitate Ab/Mb/Vb Tie-In.The Detailed Scope Of Work Is As Described In The Special Provisions (Schedule B – Appendix 1), Supplementary Specifications (Project) (Schedule B- Appendix 2), And Contract Drawings (Listed Below) (Schedule B – Appendix 2A).Information Meetingan Information Meeting Will Be Hosted By The City Representative To Discuss The City’S Requirements Under This Rfq (The “Information Meeting”).
