The Project Envisages A Major Renovation Of The Building By: Installing A New Cermic Ventilated System Of The Southeastern And Northeastern Facade And Laying Of New Thermal Insulation And Facade Plaster Of The Northwest And Southwestern Facade; Installation Of A New Roof Slope Of Steel Sheet, Galvanized On Both Sides, Protected By Polyester; Laying Of New Heat And Waterproofing Of Flat Roofs, Replacement Of Worship And Barbacha; Installation Of New Pvc Windows, Garage And Exterior Doors; New Pavements On The Outer Centers Of Concrete Sites Of The Building And Paving Pavement In Front Of The Main Entrance; New Waterproofing Of Foundations In Front Of The Garages To The Courtyard; Removal Of The Existing Facade Aluminum Pvc And Wooden Joinery, Exterior Metal And Garage Doors, Roof Hydro And Thermal Insulation, Facade Cladding Of Geettax (Hpl) And Aluminum Profiles; Transfer, Loading And Removal Of Construction Waste To A Depot.
