Engineering Services - Technical Equipment. On The Basis Of A Declaration Closing By The German Bundestag, The Dlr Institutes For Electrified Aviation Drives (El) And For Co2-Poor Industrial Processes (Di) Were Founded In Cottbus. The Dlr Intends To Build New Buildings For These Two Institutes On A 11,000 M² Part Of The Development Plan Area W/40/116 Of The City Of Cottbus North Of The Cottbus-Senftenberg Technical University. Both Institutes Are To Be Established In A Closed Structural Context, Including A Jointly Used Conference Building And A Test Hall, But While Maintaining The Respective Usage -Related Building -Related Independence. The Immediate Environment Of The Construction Measure And The Building Plot Itself Is Completely Developed By A Separate Project Of The Dlr (Infra Project). The Bgf Of The Complex Comprises A Total Of Approx. 9,400M² For Around 150 Office Workstations, 4 Laboratories, Workshops, The Test Hall And A 200M² Conference Room. The Services Relate To The Technical Building Equipment In All Plant Groups Including Special Process -Related Systems Of Ag 3 And 7 With Interfaces To User Test Systems. In Addition To Comprehensive Needs And Basic Determination, See Systems On The Contractual Terms, There Is A Differentiated Determination Of The Cost Framework; It Amounts To The Kg 400 10.818 Million Eur (Net), And Around Eur 2.1 Million For Process -Related Technical Equipment.
