The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Transfer To The Ordering Party Together With As -Built Documentation For The Use Of Modernized/Rebuilt Rooms Together With The Developed Area In The Vocational School Complex No. 1 In Zduńska Wola In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Provided By The Contracting Authority (Along With The Additional Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Relative To Pfu) And Developed On Its Basis By The Contractor) And Developed On Its Basis By The Contractor Design Documentation, Verified By The Employer For Compliance With Pfu, Applicable Law And Documents To Which Pfu Refers To. 2. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Modernization And Retrofitting With Modern Workshop Equipment At The Vocational School Complex No. 1 In Zduńska Wola. 3. The Task Entitled: Modernization And Retrofitting With Modern Workshop Equipment At The Vocational School Complex No. 1 In Zduńska Wola Is Co -Financed By: 1) The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021 - 2027, Priority Feld.06 European Funds For Łódź Residents Friendly To Residents, Action Feld.06.01 Educational Infrastructure, 2) Own Zduńskowolski Poviat. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Development, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Together With Attachments, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz, Project Documentation; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Permits, Applications And Opinions, Enabling The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Provisions, Including The Construction Law; 3) Construction Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation. Project; 4) Ensuring Authors Supervisors; 5) Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Consents And Opinions Enabling The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility (Pfu) Program Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) The Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 4 To Swz - A Contract Template.
