1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Retrofitting Of The Ecological Studios And Didactic Rooms Under The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań To Support Projects Related To Ecological Education In The Field Of Retrofitting And Ecological Studios. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Educational Shelter. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Contract In The Form Of An Educational Shelter In A Proper Manner, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Legal Provisions And Health And Safety Regulations. All Supplied Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused And Complete, I.E. Contain All The Accessories, Cables, Mounting Elements Necessary For Proper Use, Etc. All Devices, Installations And Materials Must Be Properly Secured And Packed In A Way That Guarantees Their Safe Transport And Protection Against Damage During Delivery And Assembly. All Supplied Products Must Have Current Approvals, Compliance Certificates, Quality Certificates, As Well As Meet The Technical, Sanitary And Environmental Standards In Force In Poland And The European Union (Including Ce Marking, If Required). The Contractor Is Obliged To Install All Elements Of The Ecological Laboratory, On The Property Constituting Plot No. 304/21 Mieszków Precinct, Located At The Kindergarten In Mieszków Ul. Dworcowa 10C, 63-200 Mieszków, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Manufacturers Instructions. Installation Must Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Powers, Maintaining Safety Rules. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supplied And Installed Elements For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Any Disclosed Defects And Faults Free Of Charge. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove At His Own Expense All Damage Caused By The Contractor And Formed During The Performance Of The Order. The Commissioning Is Implemented As Part Of An Educational Project, Including The Retrofitting Of Studios And Didactic Rooms On Ecological Themes Under The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Contracting Authority For Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Reducing Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of This Reason, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them. If The Products Are Provided: 1) Are Damaged, They Have Flaws Preventing Use, And These Defects And Damage Were Not Caused By The Contracting Authority Or 2) Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Attachments Or 3) The Delivered Products Do Not Comply In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor, The Contractor Exchange Them With New, Correct, At Its Own Expense.
