The Subject Of The Contract Is The Retrofitting Of The Ecological Studios And Didactic Rooms Under The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań To Support Projects Related To Ecological Education In The Field Of Retrofitting And Ecological Studios. Part Of The Order No. 1 - The Subject Of The Order For Parts I Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Furniture Equipment, Computer Equipment, Teaching Aid. All Delivered Items Covering Part And Orders Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Having All Accessories, Cables, Cables Necessary For Their Use. All Provided Aids Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law (If Required). All Materials Should Be New, Not Bearing Signs Of External Damage And Prior Use, I.E. That No Part Of A Given Material Can Be Used Before, It Must Come From Current Production, Be Efficient And Have Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Supplied Articles Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Instructions For Ordered Goods Be In Polish. Each Of The Supplied Articles Should Have A Declaration Of Ce Compliance And Correspond To European And National Standards (If Required). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A License As Well As All Rights To The Provided Multimedia Programs Issued To The Employer. The Contractor Will Provide All Programs In The Polish Language Version, Along With Documentation In Polish. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract On His Own And At His Own Expense For Parts And To The Address - School Complex In Mieszków. General Stanisław Taczak, Ul. Radliniecka 11, 63-200 Mieszków From 8.00-15.00. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Assortment Provided During Transport. In The Event Of Damage, It Bears Full Responsibility For The Damage. The Commission Is Implemented As Part Of An Educational Project, Including The Retrofitting Of Ecological Studios And Rooms As Part Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań. For All Parts Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Contracting Authority For Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Reducing Its Value Or Usefulness And, In The Event Of This Reason, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them. If The Products Are Provided: 1) Are Damaged, They Have Flaws Preventing Use, And These Defects And Damage Were Not Caused By The Contracting Authority Or 2) Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Attachments Or 3) The Delivered Products Do Not Comply In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor, The Contractor Exchange Them With New, Correct, At Its Own Expense.
