1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Database Server With Licenses For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre At The Poviat Starosty In Pleszew. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Delivery Of The Following Articles: 1). Server With A Management System - 1 Pc, 2). Communication Module - 1 Pc, 3). Additional Safety Software - 1 Pc, 4). Integrated System For Monitoring And Network Analysis - 1 Pc. 2. The Supplied Devices And Software Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Have Required Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Security Certificates, Licenses, Etc. 3. The Supplied Articles Must Be Allocated To The Polish Market And Come From The Official Sales Channel. 4. Devices And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Loads And Rights Established For Third Parties. 5. Service And Failure Removal Services. 1). The Server Must Be Covered By Technical Support Implemented By The Manufacturer Or Authorized Manufacturers Representative For A Period Of 84 Months. 2). Additional Security Software Must Be Covered By Extended Service (Technical) Support Implemented By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Manufacturers Representative For A Period Of 12 Months. 3). The Communication Module Must Be Covered By A 24 -Month Warranty. 4). All Repairs Must Be Carried Out By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Representative Of The Manufacturer At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Unless The Contracting Authority Agrees To Another Form For A Given Repair. 5). Technical Support Response Time: Up To 24 Hours From The Moment Of Notification. 4). Service Applications Accepted In Polish In 24X7 Mode By A Dedicated Service Internet Module And A Hotline In Polish.
