The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Aimed At Improving The Energy Efficiency Of School Infrastructure In The City Of Ząbki Through The Thermomodernization Of The Building Of The Gymnasium Of Primary School No. 4 In Ząbki. 2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Priority: Ii: European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia Action: 2.2 Energy Efficiency In The Program Of The European Funds Program For Mazovia 2021-2027.3. Parameters Of The Gym:  Utility Area: 492.4 M2ko Building Area: 532.2 M2 Volume: 4518.3 M34. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Works:  Replacement Of Window Joinery And Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills,  Demolition Of The Existing Floor Of The Gym,  Construction Of A New Sports Floor,  Liquidation Of Skylights And Roof Fans,  Liquidation Of The Supply Holes Located In The Walls Behind The Radiators,  Dismantling Of Old Installations Central Heating And Assembly Of A New Central Heating Installation In The Gym Based On Water Heaters,  Disassembly And Replacement Of A New Ventilation Installation Based On The Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Units Equipped With Control Automation And Heater With A System Of Ventilation Channels,  Modernization Of The Electrical Installation For The Needs Of Power Supply Equipment Heating And Ventilation,  Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Photovoltaic Micro -Installation Modules Using The Appropriate Assembly System,  Notification Of Installations To The Power Plant,  Development Of Complete As -Built Documentation. 5. Requirements In Relation To The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Are Specified In:  A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 3 To Swz,  Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works - Annex 4 To Swz,  Project Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz,  Daily Work - Annex No. 6 To Swz. In Connection With The Flat -Rate Settlement Of The Investment, The Number Of Works Only Play An Auxiliary Role.
