Task 3: Modernization, Reconstruction And Equipment Of Rooms For The Purposes Of Creating The E-Zdrowia Iteledycin Center With An External Ramp, In A Building Of The Uk In Opole In The Formula Design And Build. 4. Task 4: Construction Of The Elevator With The Reconstruction Of The Access And Enter The Building In The Uk In Opole In The Formula Design I Extinguish .Iv. The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract By A Maximum Of 27.02.2026, With The Proviso That: 1) Within A Maximum Of 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Make Documentation In The Scope Of: A) The Implementation Of The Inventory Of Rooms In Buildings According To Needs, B) Developing An Architectural And Construction Project (3 Copies In Paper Form And 1 Copies In Electronic Form, Pdf Files, Dwg) Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Expert Opinions Of Experts, Including Industry Appraisers, Including Fire Protection And Sanitary As Well As Obtaining Administrative And Administrative And Court Permits, Owkz Or A Business Declaration Of Building Permits (If Required) Or Obtaining A Document-A Certificate Of The Lack Of Such Consultations, C) Specimen To The Competent Authority That Coordinates The Functioning Of Natura 2000 Areas In A Given Area, As Well As To The Bodies Dealing With Waters And Shaping And Protecting The Bodies
