Tenders Are Invited For Service For The Implementation And Maintenance Of The Contact Center Genesys Cloud System Or Equivalent System For Nask-Pib (For The 116Sos.Pl Project)

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation And Maintenance Service Of The Contact Center Genesys Cloud System Or The Equivalent System For Nask-Pib (For The Project 116Sos.Pl ). The Equivalence Parameters Are Specified In Chapter Iv Of Annex No. 1 To Swz-Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz . 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The System, Hereinafter Referred To As The System Or Service, I.E. Software, Whose Features Were Specified In Sopz, Delivered By The Contractor To The Contracting Authority, Used To Support The Hotline And Other Communication Channels (In Particular The Contact Form And Chat), Meeting All The Requirements Resulting From Annex 4 To Sw Agreement For Nask (For The Project 116Sos.Pl) According To The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1: Configuration Of Basic Services (Standard Configuration Of The Service), In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Annex 1 To Sopz; 2) Stage 2: Configuration Of Custom Services, Including: A) Implementation Sopz; B) Ensuring Infrastructure For Czatbot In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Annex 2 To Sopz; C) Achieving Readiness To Launch The Production Of Customs Services- In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Annex 2 To Sopz; 3) Stage 3) 4: Stabilization Period Of The Service, In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Annex 4 To Sopz; 5) Stage 5: Maintenance Of The Service, In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Annex 5 To Sopz.6) Stage 6: Service Development, In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Annex 6 To Sopz. Man -Hours Pool Intended For The Development Of The Service: 50H (Maximum Number). Monthly Settlement For Actually Used Man -Hours. The Minimum Order Scope Is 25 Man -Hours. 3. The System Will Be Implemented In Full In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract, In Particular In Sopz.4. In Stage 1, The Contractor Will Also Provide The Employer To The Necessary Licenses To Use The System. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Together With The Attachments Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.6. The Date Of Performance Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed In 6 Stages In The Following Dates: 1) Stage 1: The Required Date Of Implementation Of Stage 1 Is Up To 7 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of The Contract; 2) Stage 2: The Required Date Of Implementation Of Stage 2 Is Up To 14 Calendar Days, Calculated From The Date Of Completion Of Stage 1 (I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Receipt Protocol 1); 3) Stage 3: Stage 3: Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Completion Of Stage 2 (I.E. From The Date Of Signing By The Parties To The Reception Report Of Stage 2); 4) Stage 4: The Required Date Of Implementation Of Stage 4 Is One Month, Calculated From The Date Of The End Of Stage 3 (I.E.
