Jun 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Development, Education, Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) The objective of this consultancy is to deliver high-quality, customized theoretical and technical vocational training to 75 selected beneficiaries, with a strong focus on empowering youth and women in Central Bekaa. The training seeks to enhance employability, strengthen self-sufficiency, and support livelihood development amid ongoing economic and social challenges in Lebanon. The training entity will be responsible for: Designing and implementing a training program consisting of 80 to 120 hours, with a maximum of 6 hours per day. Tailoring training methodologies to the literacy levels, technical backgrounds, and learning preferences of the target group, with an average recommended group size of 8 to 15 beneficiaries per session. Delivering a combination of theoretical instruction and practical, hands-on experience with 80% practical to ensure participants are equipped for employment venture. Collaborating with arcenciels team to align on training plans, logistics, schedules, and materials. Integrating inclusive, gender-sensitive, and participatory approaches throughout the training cycle. Conducting pre- and post-training assessments to track progress in knowledge and skills acquisition. Providing a suitable onsite training venue and ensuring a welcoming learning environment as well as Offering refreshments for participants during training days. Supplying all required tools and supplies relevant to each vocational path. Ensuring all training is conducted through in-person sessions.
