Tenders are invited for Digital Advocacy Trainer Closing Date: Sunday, 15. Jun 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Advocacy & Awareness, Gender issues, Human Rights & Protection, Women Status & Issues Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 days She Can is a Lebanese Initiative established in 2022 and aims to empower women from different communities, especially refugees, women individuals form the LGBTQI+ community. Our new project "Connect for Justice" aims to create spaces and hands on resources of information and experiences related to sexual and reproductive health rights in the WANA region (West Asia and North Africa), and to collaborate with key individuals from the community on Digital advocacy, through content creation, campaigning online, and being able to respond accordingly, therefore we are conducting a training in online advocacy with LBT women and allies form our local community to learn about their advocacy, storytelling and potential campaigning for the sexual and reproductive health rights issues in the region. For this purpose, we are looking for a Digital Advocacy Trainer, the profile of this person will be: Tech Savvy. Social Media and marketing expert. Has a previous experience in Advocacy and campaigning. Has a proven record in developing successful campaigns. Has knowledge about the LGBTQI+ context in Lebanon and the region. Has a proven record of previous/current project with the LGBTQI+ community. Able to train, manage around 15 people. Able to explain the concept of offline and online advocacy. Able to preform the training during June (mainly end of June). General conditions/requirements: Training should cover content creation, storytelling, digital advocacy, and online campaigning. Training will be through 3 days with detailed proposed program. The ownership of the produced materials will be transferred to the organization. The trainer should have a previous experience in dealing with the LGBTQI+ issues. Should be able/have the permission to work in Lebanon. The trainer should be able to provide us with official documents such as (ID, Police record, ...) They should also able to write us and invoice and receipts. Availability in June last week to conduct it.
