Tenders Are Invited For Civil, Sanitary And Other Special Repairs (Sub-Sector: Kitchen Cabinet, Replacement Of Main Water Line Pipe On Roof, Replacement Of Toilet Tiles, Installation Of Curtain Rails On Doors And Windows, Cleaning And Painting Of The Inside And Outside Of The Building, Thai Partition Of Community Space And Guard Room, And Other Works At 24 Flats (1800 Sq Ft) Of Government Residential Building In House No. 13/1 (Karnaphuli) Block-A, F-Class, Aurangzeb Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka Eligibility Of Tenderer: A) Having Experience Successful Completion Of Construction Works Of Bdt. 90.00 Lac In A Single Contract During Last 5(Five) Years In Any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization Of Bangladesh. (B) The Tenderers Shall Have A Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 (Five) Years Of Tk. 120.00 Lac. Payment Certificates For Contracts In Progress Or Completed Under Public Sector Must Be Submitted Along With Tender In Support Of Average Annual Construction Turnover. (C) The Minimum Amount Of Liquid Asset Or Works Capital Or Credit Facilities Of The Tenderer Shall Be Of Tk. 120.00 Lac. Letter Of Commitment For BankS Undertaking For Line Of Credit As Per Form Pw2a-3 Of Tender And Contract Forms Section Of Standard Documents (Pw2a) Must Be Submitted For This Purpose.
