Quotation are invited for Communication Negotiation Training Consultancy. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We work in crises across 40 countries, providing life-saving and long-term assistance to millions of people every year. NRC invites your company to apply for the RFQ - Communication Negotiation Training - Consultancy. The consultancy aims to develop a comprehensive toolkit that equips displaced, and conflict affected groups in Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon with practical communication and negotiation strategies to enhance their ability to secure protective and rights-based outcomes. This toolkit will build on the existing negotiation practices that both women and youth already engage in, while strengthening their agency to navigate key legal and protection challenges in displacement contexts. Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToR.
