British Columbia Institute Of Technology (Hereinafter Referred To As “Bcit”) Invites You To Submit A Non-Binding Quotation For The Supply And Installation Of Fitness Equipment To Be Used In Our Burnaby Campus Fitness Centre And As Further Described In Appendix A (The “Deliverables”) For The Recreation Services Division. The Intention Of This Rfq Is To Find Suitable Suppliers In The Marketplace Who Will Supply And Install Specific Technogym Or Precor Models (No Substitutions) That Will Be Utilised By Faculty, Staff, And Students.Proponents May Bid On Equipment Option 1, Equipment Option 2, Or Both Options 1 And 2 Together. It Is Bcit’S Intention To Procure The Equipment Detailed Herein From One (1) Supplier By Issuing A Purchase Order. Bcit At Their Discretion Will Enter Into Operating Lease Agreement Arrangement With The Selected Proponent Or With A Third Party Leasing Company. The Term Of The Operating Lease Agreement Is To Be For A Period Of Three (3) Or Four (4) Years, With An Option In Favour Of Bcit To Extend The Contract On The Same Terms And Conditions For An Additional One (1) Year Term. One (1) Non-Mandatory Site Tour Of The Premises For The Purpose Of Examining The Scope Of Work And Site Conditions, And Will Be Held On Tuesday, June 24Th, 2025 At 2:30Pm At Bcits Burnaby Campus.
