Tenders are invited for Construction of Concrete and Laterite Roads for Krala, Ngeach, Kang Koy, Kreh and Kan Chheung Villages in Ralanakiri Province. Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work over the last 3 years (2022, 2023 and 2024) shall be: USD 1,380,000.00. Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) Contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) of at least USD 690,000.00 for each contract. Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/ or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: USD 345,000.00.
