The Present Project Aims To Improve The Safety And Habitability Conditions Of The Sector Through The Installation Of Public Luminaires, Which Will Allow Optimizing The Pedestrian And Vehicular Displacement, As Well As Strengthening Visual Control And The Sense Of Security For Both Residents And Those Who Travel Through The Area. The Execution Of The Project Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, Technical Specifications And Other Background That Regulates This Tender, Within The Framework Of A Municipal Management Oriented To Efficiency, Effectiveness And Compliance With High Quality Standards In The Execution Of Public Infrastructure Works.
