1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport Of People Organized By The Commune Połaniec. 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Organization Of The Following Trips: - 10 National Trips - 2 International Trips. The Settlement Sum Of The Journeys Is 5000 Km. The Outpatient Reserves The Right To Not Realize All The Above -Mentioned Trips And The Possibility Of Commissioning Trips Not Included In The Above -Mentioned List. 3. The Contracting Authority Bears The Costs Of Traveling Per Kilometers Of The Commissioned Route, While The Cost Of Travel To The Commissioned Trip And Back Bears The Contractor. 4. Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Material Scope Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz. Additional Mining: 5. The Employer, Together With Swz, Provides All Documentation Necessary To Perform The Order, And Therefore Does Not Provide For The Possibility Or Need To Check It By The Contractor At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party.
