The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Sports And Recreation Area Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure At The Zielone Wzgórza Estate In Słubice On Plots Of Land No. 502/28, 502/27, 502/29 Precinct 3- Słubice, Słubice-Miasto And Includes, Among Others Terrain And Execution Of The External Gym,- Execution Of Internal Communication Routes- Pedestrian Routes,- Making Elements Of Land Development Such As Benches, Garbage Bins, Bicycle Stand, Fence, Boards With Regulations- Plant Plantings. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Design Documentation, Including The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiors, Which Are Attachments To Swz. 3. The Price Is A Cost Estimate With The Offer, Offer Cost Estimates Should Be Submitted On The Basis Of Attached Daily Works. The Lack Of Attached Cost Estimates Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer. 4. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is A Homogeneous Order With A Low Order Value. The Division Of The Order Would Cause Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties Related To Correction And Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out The Order And Higher Costs Of Performing The Contract.
