The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Organization Of A 5-Day Studio Visit-Training In Germany And The Netherlands For Poviat Employment Offices And The Lower Silesian Voivodship Labor Office, Providing Eures Services. 2. The Study Of The Studio, Which In Point 1, Is Scheduled For September 22-26, 2025. According To The Following Schedule: • September 22, 2025-Departure From Poland, A Visit To The Regional Office Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship, Meeting With Office Representatives And Representatives Of Babs-Clinics For Foreign Employees In Saxony (Drezno, Germany) • 23 September 2025 Employers - Schloss Dankern (Haren, Germany) • September 24, 2025 - Meeting With Barka Representatives - Foundation For Mutual Assistance (Utrecht, Netherlands) • September 25, 2025 - Visit To The Eures Netherland (Amsterdam, Netherlands), Travel To Osnabrück (Germany) • September 26, 2025 - Return To Poland3. The Service Of A Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of A 5 -Day Studio Visit - The Training Will Include Two Tasks: A. Translation Service (German And English) - Task No. 1, B. Organization And Coordination Of The Visit; Transport, Accommodation, Food And Insurance For Participants; Training Room, Organization Of Additional Attractions And Admission Tickets For Participants; Preparation Of The Report Summarizing The Visit (Based On The Prepared Survey And Conducting The Participants Satisfaction Survey) And Certificates For Participants - Task No. 2.4. The Substantive Scope Of The Studio Visit - Training, Including The Involvement Of The Abovementioned Entities - Eures Partners And Organizational Arrangements With Them Are On The Side Of The Ordering Party.
