3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Multi -Branch, Complete Design Documentation And Construction Works (Procedure Design And Build) For The Task Construction Of Two Multi -Family Residential Buildings With The Construction Of Dumpster Shed, Construction Of A Recreation Square, A Playground With Land Development And Accompanying Infrastructure. 3.2. Place Of Implementation Of The Investment: Plot No. 260/26, Medyka Precinct (004), Unit Medyka, Przemyśl Poviat, Podkarpackie Voivodeship (181306_2.0004.260/26) .3.3. The Scope Of Planned Installation And Construction Works Planned For Implementation Is Also Included In The Works Accompanying Renovation And Construction Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Entire Works Described Above. 3.4. The Overall Scope Of The Entire Order Includes: 3.4.1. Development, According To The Functional And Utility Program, A Complete Land Development Project And An Architectural And Construction Project In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 2020 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), And In Particular The Regulation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 11 September 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 1679, As Amended); 3.4.2. Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment, Including: 3.4.2.1. Map For Design Purposes; 3.4.2.2. Performing Geological And Engineering Research And Preparation Of Geotechnical And Geological Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Design And Implementation Of The Investment; 3.4.2.3. Agreement Of Project Documentation By The Relevant Appraisers; 3.4.2.4. The Preparation Of All Other Expertise And Studies That Need Will Be Revealed During Design Work; 3.4.2.5. Preparation Of Documents For The Application For A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Implementation Of The Project (If Required); 3.4.2.6. Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Implementation Of The Project Or Opinions On The Lack Of The Need To Obtain Environmental Decisions (If Required); 3.4.2.7. Making All Industry Arrangements Necessary To Perform The Contract And Obtain An Opinion Of A Coordination Meeting (Zud); 3.4.2.8. Obtaining Technical Conditions For Design From Technical Infrastructure Owners Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility Together With The Development Of Project Documentation In This Respect; 3.4.2.9.
