1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment Under The Project Professional Qualifications The Success Of The School Complex In Ostrów Lubelski. Military Seat. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annexes No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D And 1E To Swzpostania Common For All Parts: 1) The Order Concerns The Delivery Of The Assembly/Connection/Installation Of The Subject Of The Contract Divided Into Parts: A) Part And Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Construction Of A Computer Network; 2) The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Deflection Of Partial Offers For One, Several Or All Parts Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Indicated Specific Dimensions, Tolerance Is Allowed To Be Tolerance. 4) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Delivered Order Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Be Factory -Unused, Had The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1A, 1B, 1C, 1 D And 1E To Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), It Was In A State Of Disorder, Technically Complete And Ready For Use And Met The Norms Required By Polish Law And Was Free Of Physical And Legal Defects. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C, 1 D And 1E To Swz, Accordingly With Its Delivery, Unloading, Bringing, Assembly/Connection And Installation To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6) Equipment And Devices Cannot Be Renewed, Demonstrative, Prototype Devices And Must Represent A Brand New Model. The Equipment Must Be Unregenerated, Complete, Produced Not Earlier Than In January 2023. The Equipment Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Equipment Must Have A Ce Declaration - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials On Use - In Polish. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Full -Fledged And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Standards. The Equipment Must Have Relevant Certificates, Approvals, Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Rp.
