Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel To Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Klembów Commune, Gok In Klembów And The Municipal Public Library In Klembów For A Period Of 12 Months

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery: Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel To Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Klembów Commune, Gok In Klembów And The Municipal Public Library In Klembów For A Period Of 12 Months. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractors Provision To The Contracting Authority Of Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High -Metane Natural Gas (Group E), Consisting In The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service, To The Installation Located In The Ordering Party Facilities, Whose List Is In Annex 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Swz). Agreements To The Collection Points Specified In Annex 11 To Swz Are Estimated In The Amount Of: 1 537 223 Kwh. The Attachment Also Specifies The Order For Gas Fuel In Individual Gas Months (12 Months). The Amount Of Gas Fuel Volume Is Estimated On The Basis Of Current Consumption. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Gas Volume Of Gas By +/- 15%, Relative To The Amount Specified Above. A Possible Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified Above Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, In Addition To The Settlement For The Actually Used Gas Fuel According To The Prices Specified In The Contract. Price Form - Constituting Annex 1A To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), Specifies In Detail, Among Others: Addresses Contracts (Kwh), Contractual Power, Number Of Months And Hours During The Contract Of The Contract, As Well As The Name Of The Osd. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Enforcement Provisions Issued To This Act. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To The Collection Points Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Osd - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. With Its Registered Office In Tarnów, Branch Of Gas Zakład In Warsaw. The Contracting Authority Will Grant A Power Of Attorney To The Contractor To: A) Notifications On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Of A Comprehensive Gas Supply Of Gas Fuel To The Distribution System Operator In Order To Implement The Concluded Contract Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply; B) Termination Of Existing Contracts Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply, Or Submitting A Statement On Termination Of Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply In The Procedure Of Consistent Agreement Of The Parties; C) Performing All Actions And Arrangements With The Dso And The Current Seller Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller And Effective Starting Of Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel.
