This Is An Open House Procedure For Reintegration And Participation. There Is No Question Of A Tendering Procedure, The Procurement Act 2012 Does Not Apply. The Open House Admission Procedure Makes It Possible For The Entire Duration Of The Agreement To Allow Every Provider That Can Deliver The Services Concerned By Predetermined Conditions, Whereby The Client Does Not Make A Selection Among Providers. Due To The Freedom Of Choice Of The Clients Themselves, No Turnover Or Volume Guarantee Is Given. This Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Value Of (Approximately) € 3,000,000 Euros For The Period 2026-2029 For The Owo Municipalities. The Maximum Value For The Assignment Concerns € 3,500,000 For The Period 2026-2029. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Estimate.
