Tenders Are Invited For The Removal Of Separately Collected Hazardous Waste For The Needs Of The Mma And Its Structures In The Country In Separate Positions

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement In Each Lot Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of The Documentation For Participation. ☣️ The Subject Of The Public Procurement Involves Carrying Out Activities For The Removal Of Separately Collected Hazardous Waste Of The Military Medical Academy And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country, By Types And Quantities, According To The Conditions Of The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1 And No. 1.1), An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Services Are Divided Into 6 (Six) Lots (And Only A Lot Of No. 1 Will Be Entrusted Through This Procedure). The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Legal And Regulations, Regulating The Activities. The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract, If Applicable, Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Special Requirements Of The Waste Management Act (Zuu), The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) And All Other Norms Regulating Transport (Transportation), Including The Disposal Of Dangerous Hospital Waste - Ordinance No. 2 On Which Information On Waste Activities Is Provided, As Well As The Procedure For Conducting Public Registers, Ordinance On The Requirements For The Treatment And Transportation Of Production And Hazardous Waste, Ordinance No. 40 Of 14.01.2004 On The Conditions And Procedure For The Carriage Of Dangerous Goods, Ordinance No. 1 Of 02.2015 On The Requirements For Collection And Third Activities The Activities Will Be Carried Out Periodically. The Specified Amounts Of Waste In The Technical Specification Are Indicative/Forecast As Dependent On The Activities Carried Out By The Mma And The Waste Generated By The Structures Until The Marginal Financial Framework Of The Contract Is Reached. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Reach The Whole Quantity And/Or All Nomenclatures. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right As Needed: To Change The Amounts Indicated In The Technical Specification In Accordance With Its Needs; To Refuse Activities For The Treatment Of Certain Types Of Hazardous Waste Included In The Specification, In The Event Of A Change In The Regulatory Framework, Structural Changes In The Mma, As Well As In The Elimination Of The Need For Treatment Of A Said Type Of Waste; To Declare Activities For The Treatment Of New Types Of Hazardous Waste, Which Are Not Included In The Technical Specification But Are In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement; *The New Species Refers To: Treatment Of Hazardous Waste Types Equivalent/Similar To Those Included In The Technical Specification. ​​​​​​​
