When Executing The Order, Abonnmental Maintenance Of The Existing Information System For The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, Which Includes: Ensuring Continuous And Unaccustomed Functioning Of The Information System; Prevention And Stability And Speed; Diagnosis Of A Reported Problem If Obvious Deviations From The Normal Performance Characteristics Occur; Determination Of Errors And Malfunctions In The Operation Of The System; Conducting Inquiries And Checks At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; Updating The System And In Accordance With The Regulatory Framework, In Case Of Amendments To The Legal And By -Laws; Optimization Of The Server Part Of The Application /Database, Services /; Optimization Of The Client Part Of The Application /Reports, Menus And Functionality To The Individual Modules /; Migration Of The Server Part Of The Application And Database, If Required (Does Not Apply To Migration From The Imeon Information System To Other Software Applications); Restoration Of The System For Technical Problems And Collapse To Its Complete Functionality After The Provision Of A Backup By The Contracting Authority; Providing Data Exchange With Other Applications; Consultation By Telephone And E -Mail To Work With The System, As Well As To Identify Problems And Errors In The Software By The System Administrators Of The Contracting Authority; Installation Of New Jobs And Training Of Employees At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; Visit On The Spot If Necessary.
