Tenders are invited for Renovation of 24 Housing Units at Dolphin Court. ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Lands and Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Tuesday 3rd June 2025from 10:00 am to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 500.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 6th June 2025 not later than 12:00 noon. Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NINand a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2025 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. PRE BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Monday 9th June 2025 at 10:30 am.
