Tenders are invited for Special repair work including installation of tiles in all rooms, bathrooms and kitchens including removal of dampness and repair, renovation of walls, ceilings and exterior plaster of the room, painting, construction of wall almirahs and kitchen cabinets, installation of grills and mosquito nets on all windows, wiring, connection of water lines, renewal of all sanitary fittings and fixtures, renewal of drainage system, installation of parking tiles on the roof, change and new addition of the main gate of the house at House No. 48 (New) 143/E (Old) (Bungalow Type), Road No. 05, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, for the Honorable Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh Eligibility of Tenderer: a) Having experience successful completion of construction works of BDT. 60.00 lac in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (b) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 100.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 100.00 lac. Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW2a) must be submitted for this purpose. (d) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10.00 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (e) Tenderer must have Tender capacity of TK. 85.00 lac.
