Antineoplastic And Immunomodulating Agents - A Drug With The Active Substance Pegaspargase. The Subject Of The Order Is A Drug With The Active Substance Pegaspargase As A Covalent L-Asparaginase Conjugate Obtained From The Escherichia Coli With Monometoxytytylene Glycol. Each Vial Contains 3,750 Units (U) Pegaspargase. After Reconstitution, It Contains 1Ml Of Solution Of 750 Units Of Pegaspargase (750 U/Ml). The Medicine Is Indicated As A Component1. Line Of Antineoplastic Combined Treatment Of Acute Lymphoblast Leukemia (All) In Pediatric Patients From Birth To Age 18 And In Adult Patients. It Is Also Indicated As The 1St Nhl Treatment For L-Asparaginase Allergy, All And Nhl Relapses. It Is Usually Administered As Part Of Combined Chemotherapy Protocols With Other Antineoplastic Substances.
