Work Detail
Electrical Capacitors - Fire Development With Current Capacitor. This Market Relates To The Development And Supply Of 3 Capacitor Filters Intended For Systems Separation Sections (Ssp), Located At Interfaces Between The Electrified Rail Lines In 1500 V Continuous And 25 Kv - 50 Hz Alternative. The Trains Power Supply Circuit Uses The Catenary To Inject The Current And The Rails To Ensure The Return Of The Traction Current (Rct). This Transit Causes Rail-Sol Tensions (Trs), Which, In Certain Configurations, Require Specific Treatment To Limit Electrical Risks And Preserve Infrastructure. In Electrification 25 Kv-50 Hz, The Rail Is Put To The Ground Regularly To Reduce The Trs, While In 1500 V Continuous, It Must Imperatively Be Isolated To Avoid Electrolytic Corrosion. At Ssps, A Protective Airlock System Is Set Up To Prevent The Direct Current From Escaping Towards The Ground By The Alternating Tracks. This Sas Is Supervised By Insulating Joints Of Continuity (Jic) And Equipped With A Filtering Device Allowing: - To Block The Residual Continuing Current, - To Let The Alternating Current Pass Normally Towards The Substation. Historically, This Function Was Ensured By A Resonant Shunt (Lc Series Filter Granted To 50 Hz). However, This Device, Installed In The 1970S, Presents Limits Today: - Partial Blocking Of The Harmonic Components, - Abnormal Rail -Sol Voltage Elevations Exceeding The Thresholds Fixed By The Standard En 50122-1, Obsolescence Of Existing Equipment. In This Context, Sncf Réseau Wishes To Develop A New Solution Based On A Capacity Filter, More Efficient And In Accordance With The Standards In Force. Main Needs And Requirements: - Design Of A Filter Adapted To Railway Conditions Specific To Ssps, - Compatibility With The Transit Of Traction Currents In 25 Kv - 50 Hz, - Effective Residual Continuing Current Blocking Without Disturbing Alternative Currents, - Compliance With The Requirements Of The Standard En 50122-1 Relating To Rail -Ground Voltages, - Reliable Operation In Normal And Short -Circular Diet. Provisional Phasing Of The Project: Phase 1: Studies And Design Of The Capacitor Filter, Phase 2: Prototyping And Laboratory Tests, Phase 3: Validation On Pilot Site, Phase 4: Approval And Deployment On The Network.
