The Contractor Will Provide Technical Assistance To The Ordering Party Or The Entity Indicated By The Employer In Order To Implement The Software In The Environment Of The Environmental Environment Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt From The Contracting Authority From The Ordering Party To Provide The Test Version Of The Proposed Software To The Ordering Party And Its Installation On The Contracting Authority Indicated. In Addition, In The Case Of Incorrect Operation Of The Environment After Installation Of The Software, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Restore The Environment To The State Of Functioning Correctly, And In The Absence Of Such A Possibility To The Original State.
