Jun 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth, Coordination & Information management, Human Rights & Protection Remuneration range: 4000 to 5000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 30 Days Background AsmaeAssociation Soeur Emmanuelle (Asmae) is an international French NGO committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and their families through education, child protection, and psychosocial support. Since 2022, Asmae has been implementing the Strengthening Protective Early Childhood and Inclusion Approaches in Lebanon (SPECIAL) project in partnership with the Imam Al-Sadr Foundation (ISF) in South Lebanon. To close this important chapter, Asmae seeks to produce a powerful audiovisual campaign that documents the achievements and emotional stories behind the SPECIAL project, particularly focusing on the human impact at the community level. 2. Objectives of the Campaign - Highlight the human side of the SPECIAL project: children, parents, teachers, and staff. - Showcase resilience, hope, inclusion, and community support. - Build emotional engagement with donors, partners, and the public. - Reinforce the values of ISF and Asmae as human-centered organizations. 3. Scope of Work 3.1 Main Video (24 minutes) - Concept development and storyboard - On-site filming over 3 full shooting days - Conduct interviews and action shots on location - Voice-over narration, motion graphics, and infographics - Professional editing, color grading, sound design, and licensed music - Delivery in HD format, suitable for presentations and social media 3.2 Supporting Reels (x4) - Four thematic reels (personal stories, sectoral impact, timeline, etc.) - Duration: 3060 seconds each - Include voice-over, custom animations, and music - Optimized for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) 3.3 Instagram/Facebook Stories (Up to 10) - Short vertical videos (teasers, quotes, behind-the-scenes) - Adapted to campaign phases: pre-launch, active campaign, and post-launch 4. Production Details - Shooting Days: 3 full days on location - Pre-Production: - Storyboard and shot list creation - Coordination with Asmae and ISF teams - Production Equipment: - Professional camera(s) - Lighting, audio kits, drone (as needed) - Post-Production: - Editing, revisions, color grading - Subtitles (English and French) - Infographics and logo animations - VO and music licensing 5.
