Tender Subject Procurement of Flight Management System Database for A320 and A321 and Simulator The purpose of this tender is to appoint a service provider who can provide the Flight Management System Database for A320 and A321 and Simulator If there is a joint proposal by two or more Respondents one must take overall responsibility and liability and the others must be a subcontractor Vis a Vis GULF AIR, and the details of such an arrangement must be part of the proposal. Nothing contained in the agreements between the Bidders and the Subcontractor shall create any contractual relationship between the Subcontractor and GULF AIR.
