One Powder Vial Contains 38.5 Micrograms Of Blinatumomab. Reconstitution With Water For Injections Is Obtained By The Final Concentration Of Blinatumomab 12.5 Micrograms/Ml. The Drug Is Indicated As A Monotherapy Of Pediatric Patients 1 Or More Months To Treat All From B-Cell Precursors With Negative Philadelphia Chromosome And Positive Cd19, Which Is Refractory Or Relaying After Receiving At Least Two Previous Treatment Or Relay After Receiving The Previous Alogenic Transplantation Of The Hemmeal Cells. The Drug Is Indicated As Monotherapy Of Pediatric Patients 1 Or More Months For The Treatment Of All From B-Cell Precursors With Negative Philadelphia Chromosome, Positive Cd19 And High Risk In The First Relapse As Part Of The Consolidation Therapy.
