The Subject Of The Procurement Project Is The Allocation Of A Framework Agreement Between The Clients As The Lessee On The One Hand And An Expert And Efficient Service Provider Along With A Lessor As A Financing Partner On The Other. Both The Service Provider And The Lessor Jointly Become Contractors Of The Framework Agreement And Are Jointly Responsible For The Provision Of Services With The Respective Performance Shares. The Essential Work Objects Include: • Introduction Of The Offer For Business Bike Leasing By Providing Information And Communication For Employees Of The Clients As Well As Training Of The Personnel And Accounting Officers Of The Clients, • Implementation Of A German-Language Ordering And Settlement Process For Business Bike Leasing By Providing And Operating An Online Platform, Taking Into Account The Processes For Personnel Management Of The Client, • Bicycles In Accordance With Section 63A Of Road Traffic Registration Code For The Official And Private Use As Well As Leased Accessories Such As Bicycle Lock, Light, Pedals, Etc. At The Choice Of Employees At A Dealer-Online Or On Site-From The Contractor Network Of The Contractor, • Provision Of Security Services For The Damage Exemption And Handling Of The Accident Management For The Contractual Case Groups, • Implementation Services Such As B. Annual Maintenance, Inspection And Repair Services At A Dealer From The Contractors Contracting Network As Well As • Processing Of The Order, Return And Damage Processes. The Retrieval Of Services Based On The Framework Agreement Is Limited To Up To 250 Individual Calls Per Life Cycle Due To A Possible Increase In The Number Of Employees. The Clients Assume That Estimated 25 Employees Will Claim The Offer For Service Bike Leasing At Short Notice.
