The Subject Of This Public Procurement Provides For A Complex Of Construction Works, Through Which A Package Of Energy Efficiency Measures Will Be Introduced In The Building As Follows: Measure B1: Thermal Insulation Of Exterior Walls; Measure C5: Replacement Of Windows; Measure C3: Thermal Insulation Of Roof Structures; Measure C4: Thermal Insulation Of Floor Structures; Measure: C12: Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures In A Building, Restoration Activities And Lightning Protection. Prior To The Start Of Construction, Work Should Be Completed To Mobilize Mechanization And Human Resources, Organization Of Materials Supply And Quality Control, And After The Completion Of The Construction, Work Should Be Completed To Bring The Construction In A Form Fit For The Acceptance Of The Completed Construction Works. The Building Was Put Into Operation 1987-1988, With 6 Above Ground Floors, Which House Only Residential Sites And 1 Semi-Underground Floor, Which Houses Storage Rooms (Cellar, Basement)-One For Each Of The Dwellings. The Homes Are 30 Pieces. They Are Located In Two Entrances (Entrance A And Entrance B), Each Entrance Representing A Separate Section Of The Building. There Are 12 Apartments In The Entrance A (Two On Each Floor), In The Entrance B There Are 18 Apartments (3 On The Floor), Respectively A Semi -Underground Floor With A Cellar For Each Apartment. Construction Is A Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter B Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 2003. The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction Works - Buildings And Public Service Facilities. The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, B. A From Ppa. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Attached To The Documentation For Participation.
