The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Internal Cleaning Of Premises Of The Institute For Research In The Field Of Computer Science (Insait) At Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Choose A Contractor, Which, With Its Own Appliances, Equipment And Consumables, To Provide Internal Cleaning. The Subject Of The Contract Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 47A Of The Public Procurement Act In Connection With Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024, Which Is Why The Technical Specification Includes Environmental Requirements For The Products That Are Delivered And Used For The Offices Cleaning Services. Through This Environmentally Friendly Order, The Contracting Authority Aims To Obtain Services With Reduced Environmental Impact. In Addition To The Technical Specification, Environmental Protection Is Also Represented In The Selection Criteria, Through A Pledged Requirement For An Implemented Environmental Management System En Iso 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems Or Equivalent. The Price That The Contracting Authority Pays For Cleaning Should Be Included: 1. Activities Included In Internal Cleaning Of Object 1 (Table 1) - The Office Room Of Insait In Synergy Tower, Fl. 13 (1324 Sq.M.), 111 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Karo, Sofia; 2. Activities Included In Internal Cleaning For Object 2 (Table 2) - The Office Premises Of Insait In Synergy Tower, Fl. 14 (1063 Sq.M.), 111D Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Karo, Sofia; 3. Consumables - Cleaning Products That Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H -1 Of 23.07.2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement.; Textile Cleaning Accessories; Liquid Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels And More. Estimated Amount Of Consumables Required For 1 Month Are 320 Rolls Of Toilet Paper, 360 Pcs. Hand Towels And Total Amount Of Liquid Soap 24 L (Total For Object 1 And Object 2). Number Of Sanitary Facilities, Kitchen Premises And Their Equipment, Flooring (Square Footage) And Others Are Detailed In Annex 1 Technical Specification To Participation Documentation. Daily Cleaning (Carried Out On Working Days) Should Be Realized In The Morning, From 7.00 To 9.00. For Activities That Are Not Performed On A Daily Basis, But For A Certain Period, The Contractor Offers A Schedule With Specific Days Of Performance, After Prior Coordination With The Contracting Authority. The Contract For The Performance Of The Service Is Concluded For Value - The Total Cost Of Cleaning Offered By The Selected Contractor For The Entire Term Of The Contract.
