The Scope Of The Service Subject To The Public Procurement Is In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut) And Includes: Preparation For The Opening Of The Construction Site, Determination Of The Construction Line And Level; Exercise Continuous Construction Supervision Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For The Works, In Accordance With Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of The Spa; Preparation And Signing Of All Acts Under Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction, Incl. Protocols For Samples And Tests Of New Construction Until The Completion And Commissioning Of The Site; Performing The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator At The Stage Of Construction Performance In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Assembly Works; Drawing Up A Statement Of Findings Certifying That The Activities Have Been Implemented In Accordance With The Approved Technical Documentation, The Certified Executive Documentation, Quantitative Accounts, The Requirements For The Works Under Art. 169, Para 1 And 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act, And The Conditions Of The Concluded Contract. Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, For The Commissioning Of The Site, Including A Technical Passport And The Annexes Thereto, In Accordance With The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works. The Consultant Construction Supervision Will Exercise The Technical And Quality Control Of The Site, Will Monitor The Proper And Accurate Execution Of The Works Specified In The Technical Projects, Compliance With The Regulatory Provisions, The Quantities Fulfilled, The Implementation Of The Contractual Conditions, The Compliance With The Adopted Implementation Schedule, The Defects Occurring During The Warranty Period. In The Event Of Irregularities And Poor Work, They Shall Be Found In A Timely Manner In A Protocol, And The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Remove Them As Soon As Possible. Each Delivery Is Controlled By The Consultant Exercising Construction Supervision Of The Construction. In Fulfillment Of Its Obligations, The Consultant Will Exercise His Activity Through A Team Of Competent Natural Persons With Proven Professional Experience And Technical Competences Necessary For The Implementation Of The Activities For Evaluating The Conformity Of The Investment Project And For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision. For The Implementation Of The Activity, The Contractor Must Hold An Up -To -Date Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para 1, Item 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Accompanied By A List Of Competent Individuals, Including The Coordinator Of Safety And Health, Through Which The Activities For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Projects And/Or Construction Supervision Of The Construction Works Are Carried Out.
