The Subject, In Summary, Includes The Provision Of Software Development Services For The Existing Technological Environment Of Admie Assets Management Information Systems. 1. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To One Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Euros (€ 1,800,000.00), Now Vat And Is Analyzed As Follows: € 1,200,000.00 Budget For The Provision Of Software Development Services For The Existing Technological Environment Of The Admia Management Information Systems. The Amount Of The Budget Of The Main Object Is A Bid Maximum. Optional Rights, Total Estimated Value Of Up To € 600.000.00 (50% Of The Budget): A) Extension Right: Admie Unilaterally Reserves The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Constitution By One And A Half (1.5) Additional Year, With A Corresponding Enhancement Of Its Physical And Economic Object, With The Same Terms And Terms. (B) The Right To Extend The Object Of The Contract: Admie During The Execution Of The Contract Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Assign Similar Services, Namely An Increase In The Natural-Economic Object Of The Contract, With The Same Terms And Unit Prices. In This Case, The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Extended Accordingly, For A Duration That Will Be Jointly Agreed Between The Parties In Order To Ensure The Completion Of The Expansion Within The New Agreed Period.
