B) Organization And Conduct, For The Team Of Facilitating Specialists, Of An Initial Training Regarding: (I) Basic Information On The National Program For Reducing School Dropout Ii-Small Schools, As Well As The Role Of Facilitating Specialists; (Ii) The Norms And Technical Regulations, Of Public, Financial And Reporting Provided In The Applicants Guide And In The Beneficiarys Manual (Documents Available On The Ice Website), As Well As In The Applicable National Legislation; (Iii) Basic Information On The Pedagogical Aspects Of Grant Implementation; C) Organizing And Coordinating The Activities Of The Team Of Facilitating Specialists, Developing A Backstopping Mechanism That Will Ensure The Necessary Support To The Teams From The Educational Units Benefiting From The Technical, Financial And Public Procurement Aspects Of The Implementation Of The Grants, As Well As The Additional Support Of The Teams, Pedagogical Of Grant Implementation; D) Design And Application Of An Internal Mechanism Of Supervision And Verification Of The Analyzed And Approved/ Approved/ Rejected Documents By The Facilitating Specialists (Such As The Financial And Technical Reports Of The Educational Units Or The Public Procurement Procedures Made By Them), To Ensure That All The Expenses Incurred Within The Grants Are Real, Legal, In Accordance.
