Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Public Tender Reg. Treatment And Marketing Of Plastic From Recycling Sites In Kolding Municipality For Redux - Waste And Recycling. The Offer Includes Receipt, Processing And Marketing Of The Contractors Plastic, Which Is Collected From The Five (5) Recycling Sites Of The Contracting Entity Located In Kolding Municipality. The Contracting Entity Also Collects Household -Collected Hard Plastic Via Environmental Stations Set Up In Kolding Municipality, However, Only Until April 2026, As Environmental Stations In Kolding Municipality Are Phased Out In Connection With The Implementation Of Household Collection Of 10 Fractions. The Tenderer Must Make A Separate Price For The Contractors Amount Of “Household -Collected Hard Plastic” Via Environmental Stations For The Period From Start -Up And Until April 2026. The Contracted Plastics Collected By The Tenderer Must, As A Minimum, Be Treated As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better In Accordance With Sections 12, 24 And 29 Of The Waste Ordinance. The Plastic Is Collected At The Recycling Sites, Where It Is Held And Subsequently Supplied Separately In Four (4) Fractions Such As Respectively: • Hard Plastic • Hard Pvc • Plastic Garden Furniture • Soft Plastic (Including As A Mixture Of Clear And Colored Plastic Wrap) Order Is Responsible For The Transport Of The Four (4) Fractions To The Reception Stated. The Contracting Entity Will Either Or Via A Third Party Deliver The Fractions Via Their Own Container Transport Or Compressor Cars. The Contracting Entity Collects The Above Four (4) Fractions Separately At The Recycling Sites, And The Tenderer Will Thus Also Receive The Fractions In The Above Division. The Soft Plastic Fraction Can Be Delivered Either Loosely Or Compressed Into Balls, And The Hard Plastic Fraction May Appear As Already Slightly Compressed. All Fractions Are Unloaded Via Tipping From Containers. The Tenderer Must Receive The Fractions Hard Plastics And Hard Pvc From The Start Of Operations, Whereas The Tenderer Will Not Have To Receive The Fractions Plastic Garden Furniture As Well As Soft Plastic And Soft Plastic Until The End Of 31.12.2025. The Tenderer Must Also Receive The Fraction Household -Collected Hard Plastic, Which Is Collected From Kolding Municipalitys Environmental Stations In The Form Of Approx. 1,500 Pcs. 370 Liter Containers. The Fraction Household -Collected Hard Plastics Will Only Be Covered By The Agreement Until The Clients Implementation Of Household Collection Of 10 Fractions In Kolding Municipality From 01.10.2025 To 01.04.2026. Thereafter, The Fraction Will Be Reduced And In The Long Term Completely Deleted, As This Fraction Will Transition To Expanded Producer Responsibility For Packaging On 01.10.2025 And In Line With The Clients Implementation Of Household Collection Of 10 Fractions In Kolding Municipality Until 01.04.2026, Cf. Point 3.5.5 Of The Agreement. The Collected Plastic From The Recycling Sites Is Received From Both Business And Private. The Contracting Entity Does Not Perform Sorting Or Cleaning The Collected Fractions Prior To Being Transferred To The Tenderer. Controllers Employees Are Constantly Checking The Sorting Of The Plastic And Sorting Out Any Major Failure Sorts And The Like, But The Tenderer Must Accept Up To 5 % F
